I and 2 friends recently stayed in The Hotel Vittoria, Folgaria, Italy. The hotel was excellent in every respect with excellent staff food and service. Nothing was to much trouble. The ski bus stops really close by. Folgaria is a beautiful and friendly village and ski resort with excellent skiing and great mountain prices. Skiing is excellent. Thoroughly recommended. We travelled with The Ski Company, Greenwich, London whose organisation of hotel, BA flights, resort transfers and ski organisation was perfect.

Struttura molto carina, facilmente raggiungibile, con parcheggio in prossimità dell’ingresso accessibile con QR inviato dalla struttura prima dell’arrivo presso la stessa. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA, della colazione e di una cena e direi tutto ben organizzato. Personale gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Sicuramente consigliato!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in hotel, abbiamo sfruttato un pacchetto smartbox nel quale era compreso anche l'utilizzo della spa, il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e ci hanno anche consigliato un ottimo ristorante dove siamo andati a cenare. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Unica nota negativa, la spa non è molto grande e a mio parere dovrebbero limitare l'utilizzo a 4-5 persone alla volta, purtroppo nella fascia oraria dove siamo andati noi eravamo in ben 8 persone e non abbiamo potuto utilizzare l'idromassaggio perché sempre occupato

Il punto forte di questo hotel è la gentilezza del personale dal primo all’ultimo! Diego, il ragazzo che lavora nel ristorante e’ stato semplicemente meraviglioso! Altra nota positiva pulizia e posizione! Piccolo consiglio, cambierei i quadri nelle camere ( almeno in quella dov’è abbiamo alloggiato noi) , un po’ fuori contesto.

Abbiamo portato in vacanza un gruppo di bambini dai 4 ai 6 anni per tre giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ringraziamo di cuore tutto il personale per la gentilezza e le attenzioni ricevute, in particolare lo staff del ristorante, sempre sorridente e disponibile a venire incontro ai nostri bisogni. Menzione speciale a Federica, animatrice bravissima e paziente, che ci ha fatto divertire con baby dance, gioco delle statuine e tante altre idee strepitose. Hotel Vittoria consigliatissimo!

La nostra esperienza preso questo hotel o per meglio dire come la definiscono i proprietari “la loro casa vacanza” non può che essere più che positiva, questa è la nostra seconda volta in montagna e la seconda volta presso questo hotel. Già dalla nostra prima esperienza in montagna ed in hotel con il nostro cane Dorothy eravamo un po’ preoccupati ma sono stati tutti gentilissimi e il fatto di riservare un posto nella sala adiacente a quella ristorante per noi e Dorothy è stato graditissimo. Inoltre ringrazio anche per la disponibilità e la flessibilità nel soddisfare le mie esigenze alimentari, un grande grazie allo chef che ha trasformato i piatti nel menù in totalmente vegetali. Le camera che ci hanno assegnato in entrambe le due vacanze (una volta al secondo e una volta al quarto piano) sono molto funzionali ed accoglienti e con una bella vista aperta. L’ascensore è fruibile anche ai nostri amici a 4 zampe.

Mi sa che abbiamo sbagliato ad usare la nostra smartbox in questa struttura! La camera era nella media, pulita si ma tanto calda, tanto da non riposare bene alla notte. Mangiato alla sera buoni i canederli in brodo, la pasta paglia e fieno al ragù di cervo ottima, il secondo filetto di pesce San Pietro con contorno delizioso, il tanto atteso dolce offerto dalla casa non è arrivato ,erano rimasti un quarto dei dolci che avevamo visto allinizio della cena. La colazione era nella media. La Spa una vera Coccola, il personale molto Gentile e premuroso ci ha accolto con la Tisana. Ottimo il parcheggio per la nostra moto nel retro dell'albergo. La nostra esperienza è stata nella media.
