Excellent welcome, well structured and clean hotel. Very good and varied cuisine, excellent organization of the dining room. The hotel offers a convenient service to reach the ski lifts which are only 500 meters away from the hotel. The path to the wellness center is relaxing.

Well organized and very clean hotel but above all with excellent staff. All very professional, welcoming and helpful. We went to many families with children of different ages and they always satisfied us with a beautiful smile, coping with baby tantrums, intolerances and various allergies, birthdays, toothaches and surprise menu changes! At reception, at the bar, at the restaurant (the great Morena and the very young Antonio) and even on the shuttle to the slopes (the excellent Vassili) made sure that the ski week was a REAL holiday for us. First time. Nice hotel and very nice staff. But it is at the restaurant where we received a wonderful welcome! Morena pampered us from the first minute of our arrival, kind, witty and always attentive to our requests (indeed she anticipated them). Antonio more reserved but always kind and nice with our boys. Even the mini club (with Rebecca) is super positive. The shuttle service to the lifts is convenient with Vassili always kind and helpful. Recommended to all. Thanks thanks thanks.

We stayed as a family from 22 to 26 in a triple room (room 309) with half board. We had a really good time from all points of view, excellent food, excellent wellness center (clean and tidy, very good Mrs. Flora whom I embrace), excellent location, very kind and helpful shuttle driver and very polite and kind owners whom I thank for the welcome. We will definitely be back.....

Extraordinary Staff and Owners, to give you an example of their proven courtesy: My wife and I were supposed to go from February 25th until March 23rd, unfortunately due to health problems we had to cancel, their friendliness manifested itself in the management of the situation. Potrei dire che l'hotel è molto pulito e curato... Potrei dire che si mangia davvero bene. Potrei anche dire che è comodo per il parcheggio privato e la navetta che ti porta agli impianti in meno di 2 minuti. Ma la verità è che, oltre agli aspetti di cui sopra, questo hotel è portato avanti da persone MERAVIGLIOSE che hanno sempre il sorriso, amano il proprio lavoro e ti fanno sentire a casa...chi ti accoglie nella SPA, chi ti coccola in sala o in reception, chi guida la navetta....spno tutte PERSONE genuine e veramente meravigliose! Secondo anno che ci andiamo e di certo ne verranno molti altri!

Gentilezza e cordialità, tutto lo staff dell’hotel ci ha accolti come in famiglia, ma con grande professionalità. Cena e colazione davvero buone e variegate. Trasporto alla cabinovia perfetto. Tutti gli ospiti restano perplessi della numerazione dei piani, ma alla fine risulta un gioco divertente! Super consigliato alle famiglie.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo, tutto il personale con cui ho avuto a che fare è stato oltreché professionale di una gentilezza ed una disponibilità che raramente ho incontrato, la mia camera, singola, aveva delle dimensioni adeguate ad una persona, gli spazi interni, l'armadiatura, il bagno ed un ampia finestra, il tutto ben proporzionato e vivibile, metto in evidenza questo aspetto perchè molte volte le "singole", sembrano degli ex rispostigli riconvertiti alla meglio.., in questo caso NO!! letto e cuscini comodissimi. Il servizio navetta da/per gli impianti è veramente fantastico, non ho mai aspettato piu' di 5 minuti per imbarcarmi. In conclusione CONSIGLIATISSIMO
