Guest House Foligno Porta Romana

We found ourselves by competition to stay in this splendid guest house. In addition to its strategic position, located just a stone's throw from the central street, it is a clean, tidy accommodation, very comfortable bed, modern and excellent quality bathroom and fixtures. In addition to this, wifi, hot and cold air conditioning, television, and above all absolute soundproofing. Everything is of excellent quality, but above all the kindness of the owner should be noted: a truly kind, friendly and helpful person. Sure of a future leisure trip in the summer, we will definitely be back!

Simply perfect, it was a fantastic 3 days, basic cleanliness and hygiene, apartment with very nice and bright rooms, excellent value for money, we didn't miss anything. Kind and immediately welcoming upon arrival, they also took care of our return. 5 stars only because it couldn't have been more.

The apartments are new, but different from what we expected. First of all we had asked for a bathroom with a large shower, and instead we found the classic small shower tray, the bidet is almost attached to the wall, therefore not very usable personally, the sink has embarrassing dimensions: smaller than that of a bathroom train and water splashes out even just by brushing your teeth. The water pressure is minimal in the sink and in the shower the water temperature does not remain constant. In the kitchen we found little crockery and what there was was not enough, also due to its size, for the four people that the apartment could accommodate. I must say that the manager still did his best to get us the missing ones, with quite a few inconveniences, however. There are no radiators, but for the production of hot air, there are air conditioners: the one in the kitchen worked perfectly, the two in the bedrooms did not emit hot air and the rooms remained cold for the two nights of our stay. A cleaning of the windows in the rooms would be appreciated. The price of an apartment is the result of options and services that the apartment can provide, if the services are not there or are halved, the price can no longer be the one requested. The structure is nice, but it needs better care and attention from the managers, between one customer and another.

I stayed in the "le Scale" apartment with my wife and daughter on the occasion of Epiphany 2023. Comfortable environment, very clean and with everything you need to make you have the feeling of relaxation. The owner is truly a respectable and kind person who welcomed us with discretion and professionalism. Recommended for those who want to visit beautiful Foligno and use it as a starting point for other Umbrian destinations. We will be back

Sistemazione perfetta! Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in una camera matrimoniale perfettamente curata nei dettagli e nella pulizia. Posizione ideale, all’ingresso del centro storico pieno di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Nonostante ciò, nessun problema a trovare parcheggi pubblici e privati (sebbene ci fosse un grande evento gastronomico in corso). Gianluca ci ha dato molte dritte anche per esplorare le cittadine limitrofe. Da consigliare senza esitazioni!
