Upon arrival we were more or less greeted by a grumpy employee who showed us where we were staying handed us a key and left with no further instructions on how to use any of the amenities. There was no information inside the apartment about wifi or how to use the gas stoves, heaters, TV etc. We finally got an answer to our message about the wifi password. It was spotty at best. Breakfast consisted of various pre packaged pastries. We had brought coffee but no way to prepare it because the gas stove did not work and there is no other coffee maker. There was no lighting in the parking lot, no lighting along a fairly long driveway and no lighting outside the apartment door which made us feel unsafe as women traveling. The pool was covered. It appeared they were closed for the season. The only thing we appreciated was that the caretaker called a restaurant for us to make dinner reservations.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo residence ed stata un'esperienza molto soddisfacente. Rispetto a quanto concordato telefonicamente abbiamo avuto assegnato un appartamento ancora più grande, potendo godere di molto spazio e di camere comode e cucina funzionale. La mattina abbiamo ricevuto un cesto ben assortito con prodotti per la colazione che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Lo stile "informale" nell'accoglienza caratterizza la gestione familiare. La struttura, composta da più nuclei, è molto bella (una vecchia Stazione di Posta ristrutturata con cura). Buon rapporto - prezzo!

La struttura è molto bella, circondata da ulivi e cipressi. Gli appartamenti sono molto carini, puliti anche se poco insonorizzati. Struttura adatta anche per gli amici a quattro zampe. Per quanto riguarda il check in lo abbiamo fatto con il figlio del proprietario (che dormiva in quel momento) e che ha fatto del suo meglio. Nessuna indicazione turistica o altro però 😐 Devo segnalare episodio spiacevole: oggi ero in camera con la finestra aperta quando mi sono sentita "apostrofare" con poca gentilezza dal proprietario:"signora, il cane no, sul letto!". A parte la violazione di privacy, guardare dentro una finestra aperta su una camera, mancanza di savoir faire totale! Peccato: inoltre la struttura avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione: i dettagli sono importanti! Molto da fare...

Nous avons fêté notre mariage en août 2023. Magnifique endroit, typique de la Ombrie. Piscine magnifique et chambre originale. Le personnel est un peu olé olé mais bon on est en Italie c’est du standard (je suis italien) On y retournera sûrement

La piscina il giardino molto ordinati e fioriti, l'appatamento caratteristico con tutte le comodità. Il cane Wilson splendido coccolone ed ubbidiente. La posizione ottimale per Foligno e dintorni. Tutto molto pulito e curato ottimo il farro al cioccolato.
