We are very pleased with this accommadation and with the hosts. The rooms are very spacious, the pool is clean and very pleasant with high temperatures. The hosts are very friendly, take care of all guests and provide a delicious breakfast. In short, our stay at the Residenza San Bartolomeo was a great family experience!

Scelto del tutto in maniera casuale, si è rivelata una esperienza eccellente in tutte le sue caratteristiche, location incantevole e attenzioni da parte dello Staff proprietari in primis di altissima qualità. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend il 15/16 di marzo, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il posto è meraviglioso, ristrutturato benissimo. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi. La signora Costanza ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie di tutto da Luca , Valeria e Nadia

Posto incantevole, la sig.ra Costanza adorabile e simpaticissima e il Sig. Mariano veramente gentile e disponibile. Due bellissime persone. Le camere sono comode e pulite. la colazione ottima. Se cercate un posto confortevole e tranquillo nella splendida Umbria questo è il posto giusto.

Torniamo al San Bartolomeo per la quarta volta. Per noi è il luogo del cuore, per la bellezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria e dello staff. Lo consideriamo un autentico gioiello nel cuore dell'Umbria. Le camere sono spaziose, curate e pulitissime. La colazione è abbondante e squisita. Un grazie particolare alla sig.ra Costanza, disponibilissima, al marito signor Mariano, a Valentina e Lorella. Difficile trovare un posto simile in Italia.

Struttura incantevole , immersa ne verde e in un maneggio di cavalli bellissimi , camere molto curate e molto pulite e attrezzate, colazione molto buona tutti i dolci fatti in casa anche per celiaci, bellissima piscina a disposizione degli ospiti molto bella , molto tranquilla e riservata. Proprietaria simpatica disponibile cortese molto competente , tornerò sicuramente 💖

Residenza stupenda l’abbiamo vista svilupparsi nei suoi anni, rapporto stupendo con la proprietaria sig. Costanza gentilissima e sempre a disposizione, posto incantevole dell Umbria dove rilassarsi e godersi la natura, e la cosa stupenda che a me e mia moglie fa impazzire sono le bellissime torte a colazione della Valentina sempre al fianco della proprietaria.

Struttura molto bella e ben curata, però… C’è sempre un però. Il rapporto della proprietà con il cliente praticamente inesistente. Accoglienza ‘fantasma’ e gelida. Solo la presenza di un giovane che ci ha raggiunti al parcheggio auto portandoci la chiave della stanza senza abbozzare il benché minimo accenno per un eventuale aiuto. Colazione banale fatta solo di crostata e ciambellone (cornetto, yogurt e succo volendo su richiesta). Alla partenza nessuno della proprietà per un cordiale salute. Abbiamo incrociato per sbaglio mentre eravamo in macchina la proprietaria la quale l’unica cosa che ci ha detto in tono acidognolo è stata: “Dove avete lasciato le chiavi?”. Mah, una esperienza da non ripetere
