We arrived quite early and the team made an early check in possible, which was very convenient for us. The room was absolutely clean und is well equipped, the bed is comfy and the bathroom ist really nice. All ameneties we could ask for! Great location, great room and a super fair price. We will come again!

What a find! Just 1 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach yet it's quiet inside the bedroom for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast is delicious. Lovely friendly hosts. We took years to find the perfect place in follonica but now we discovered Sleep we only sleep here! We stay almost every month and have done so for the past 5 years or so will definitely return. Our no 1 choice for the tuscan coast. Friendly owners and rooms so clean and fresh you could eat the delicious breakfast off of the floor! 100% recommended. Do not go stay anywhere else!

Sleep is a wonderful find! Centrally located, spacious rooms...quality fixtures and fittings AND spotlessly clean! All in all great value. We cant recommend this b&b enough. Delicious breakfast too. The Yankees bar and restaurant next door is also well worth a visit and very convenient. We stay here reguarly and can't wait to return.

10/10 on every level. Friendly owners. Spotlessly clean. Stylishly decorated. Delicious breakfast. Easy parking. Easy access to the centre. Best baron follonica downstairs at Yankees. This is our fifth stay here after trying out many hotels in the town. This is by far and away the best experience and exceptional value with a wonderful atmosphere and feel good factor every single stay.The owner has got running a B&b down to a fine art. We will return and 100% recommend sleep for the perfect night.

Ottima struttura, essenziale e comoda. Staff ospitale e pronto per qualsiasi necessità. Ottimo, per gli amatori, la macchina di Nespresso in camera. Da consigliare per la posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal lungomare.

Siamo venuti in vacanza io e il mio fidanzato, il posto è davvero bello, molto vicino al mare e in centro! La struttura è super organizzata e pulita! Le camere sono molto carine e il personale davvero accogliente! Torneremo sicuramente 10/10!

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Follonica. A circa un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla stazione, per chi come noi raggiunge il posto in treno. Camera ampia con aria condizionata, bagno nella media, dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa macchinetta del caffè con capsule, oltre ad un angolo per tè e tisane presente nel corridooio a disposizione di tutte le camere. Posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ti danno la possibilità di prenotare anticipatamente ombrellone e sdraio nello stabilimento vicino. Colazione disponibile in un bar nelle vicinanze (meno di 5 minuti a piedi). Voucher sconto per il ristorante sotto le camere (una buona hamburgeria tex-mex). Antonella è sempre stata disponibile telefonicamente a fornirci tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, compreso il deposito bagagli per il giorno della partenza. Non posso che consigliarlo.
