The room is not bad, but the property cars cleaning up punch account and that might take some time out of your vacation

Pierre et vacances customer service is non-existent despite our complaints by mail and email, we are considering pursuing this. We are still waiting for a full refund of the stay and the costs related to the placement.

Quiet residence, affordable price, located in the city center, decent and practical studio for 4 people, well equipped, sofa bed a little old... Small downside, parking quickly fills up and with almost erased floor markings, so residents park a little haphazardly, so lots of wasted space... And I think that some of the cars that are parked are not from the residence... A barrier would be welcome I think!

We rented a studio cabin for 10 days. Clean studio, well equipped, comfortable sofa bed. And big positive point south-facing balcony with mountain view. I would have put 5/5 but covered parking is very expensive, 10 days = €91 and the road leading to the residence below is not cleared of snow, so black ice is frequent and dangerous.

Very well located residence, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful, We had rented 2 very clean and practical apartments. Thank you for assigning us 2 apartments next door as requested. Breathtaking view, well equipped. Very good stay. Just a small downside for the fold-out sofa bed which was not comfortable at all to sleep 2. And for access to the residence, a little complicated because icy. We will not hesitate to come back

Good residence if you come to Font Romeu. The accommodation we had was very correct. A little small but for 4 it is enough. What to say about the view! A breathtaking view. We were on the 1st and we were amazed. Parking reserved for residents very practical but quickly full. I suspect that some have found the trick of coming to park there to avoid paying in the city center...

Résidence bien placée, avec un parking exterieur gratuit. Casier à ski. Proche centre ville et commerce. Accès télécabine à 300 metres à pied, ou par navette bus qui passe à 50 metres de la résidence. Exposition sud avec vue sur les montagnes.

Résidence vieillotte mais bien située. Espace vert devant les appartements très agréable. Très belle vue sans l'énorme grue juste en dessous. Appartement en mauvais état, moquette dans la chambre ( euhhh en 2024 c'est encore possible ça), ménage pas fait à l'arrivée ou alors en 2min. Couette tachée mais service réactif pour nous la changer. Kitchenette avec le strict minimum. Chambre très très petite. Le parking est petit et en mauvais état, l'hiver ça doit être une galère. Situation calme mais assez loin de la première télécabine pour l'hiver. Personnels agréables.
