Stay here of you are ok with very hot rooms without AC and the fact that noone speaks English. Also a little sketchy area at night. Chose to take a taxi from town. Friendly staff that did their best and got us a fan. Clean and an ok garden to relax in the shade.

Excellent experience, I found a warm and welcoming environment. The host satisfied our every request without the slightest hesitation. We had a problem about the arrival of our flight and he did us the courtesy of waiting more than 4 hours after the agreed time.

Excellent experience... my son and I were there a few days ago for a relaxing trip and I must say we were satisfied... very nice location, attentive and friendly staff... excellent food... experience to be repeated ...!!!

We had a week's stay in this hotel, we had already been there a few years ago and with pleasure we returned hoping to find the same comfort but it wasn't like that.... the only certainty was the spa made by Mr. Gerardo, of unparalleled kindness and helpfulness and even if the environment needs to be modernized we will certainly return to the spa, everything else needs to be re-evaluated.....

Scruffy hotel, everything was left to go, dirty thermal pool, you could smell sewage through a well of black water on 3 hydromassages, 1 of which worked. Eating for lunch and dinner had become a prize race, the waiters who are behind you to remove the dishes as soon as possible early, always mashed potatoes and eggs for lunch or dinner, do you have to sign a receipt when you get water or wine if there is one? (it's true that everything has increased and nothing is thrown away and we're saving money though) the chef had plenty of garlic... if it wasn't for GERARDO the spa group and the spa manager it would have been all to be forgotten, even if the spa would need a renovation like hotel like rooms etc...

Personale gentilissimo, cibo ottima dalla colazione alla cena, tutto molto buono, chef simpaticissimo, la struttura si presenta bene ristrutturata da poco, camere belle spaziose e letti comodi, una struttura che merita, grazie per questo weekend
