Hotel Carlo Magno

Our stay was very pleasant, clean and tidy room with a beautiful view! The pools were very relaxing and accessible at any time, our favorite was the one with hot water indoors. Food exceeded our expectations and very friendly staff, fast service. The shuttle service was useful and the drivers were very kind and helpful! A special thanks to Conny who reserved one of the most beautiful rooms for us!

At the reception Conny was friendly, professional, wonderful, helpful and deserves all the 5 stars given, Antonio was professional and friendly, Carmela ditto, Claudia and Giuseppina were top cleaners, Lucio and Giovanni were punctual drivers, the maitre Domenico and his staff were super spectacular, Adriana at the bar was very kind, the Mrs Angela is very sweet and helpful. Thanks to all of you, you made us have a wonderful holiday

We spent a fantastic week, clean hotel, hospitable, helpful staff, good and plentiful food. Particular location, located on terraces with a breathtaking view. I start by saying that I was very skeptical because I had read the reviews. Well I just changed my mind! The hotel is located at the top, therefore it has a shuttle service with well-established times that takes you to the town center and brings you back to the hotel. The hotel is built in terraces, has 4 beautiful swimming pools with a breathtaking view. The room I had was very nice, small with an independent entrance. Double bed, TV, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Breakfast takes place in the breakfast room downstairs, the breakfast is very varied both savory and sweet and I must say quite stocked. At breakfast you choose the lunch and dinner menu. Lunch and dinner take place at the restaurant located at the top, the Beccaccia, reachable both on foot and with the shuttle that the hotel makes available. I loved the restaurant, fresh, tasty dishes, good and always varied food. The Maitre is a delightful person who knows how to do his job. maybe the decor of the rooms is a bit retro, but always clean and well-kept. I personally had a good time, the price is right and I recommend it.

The wonderful structure with a waoo effect view, but above all an exceptional welcome and not indifferent availability we felt pampered and "at home" ... Thanks to Mr. Antonio, Mrs. Angela and all their staff.

From 27 to 30 September we stayed here at the Carlo Magno a few days before we contacted the structure and on the phone Mr. Antonio was kind and exhaustive on every question or doubt. Arriving at the holl we found Mrs. Tea also kind and helpful. Arrived at about 13 we went to the restaurant la Beccaccia, Mrs. Angela welcomed us there and fulfilled every gastronomic peculiarity, especially she had some dishes cooked expressly for my wife due to health problems. The rooms were clean and welcoming. At the restaurant we found the Metre truly available to our every request excellent and always attentive staff.
