If you want a review, then please, and it will be negative towards you, not the hotel. I had a room booked in the main building, and you, through your intermediaries (the hotel has no idea who Trip.com is), changed my booking to a much worse one: far outside the hotel grounds, where you need to walk along the roadway with practically no sidewalk for 10 minutes. And the most unpleasant thing is that you confirmed my consent to the hotel and transferred to the hotel 11,000-00 rubles less than I paid you. You could not resolve the issue with the hotel in any way, since you act through some intermediary. You did not return the money to me, you paid off with your tripcoins (in a much smaller amount), which I do not need. The fact that the hotel had a transfer from the main building to the room is not your merit, this option is provided by the hotel automatically. Your beautiful words about how you solve all the problems with the booking are just words.

What a delight it was to stay at Park Hotel Terme Mediterraneo! Grounds were beautiful, staff was fabulous and the owners son was a pleasure to speak with, he was very helpful with any questions we had. Our room was adorable. We will go back again. We would recommend Park Hotrl Terme Mediterraneo to everyone

Absolutely wonderful! The staff members kind, helpful and fun. Villas were very nice. We enjoyed the pools. The spa treatments were blissful. Great place on a gorgeous island.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Amazing views and nature around. Pools with terma water. Service is great. Good food. We stayed 5 nights with breakfast and dinner included. Hotel provides free shuttle to Poseidon Garden and beach which is big bonus (driver is very nice and helpful), they also sell public bus tickets. Reception people are very helpful and friendly. We live in Chicago but can speak Russian and it helped a lot with communications (English is not the comfortable language to speak in Ischia). Stefania and Paulo were amazing with helping us in everything, kudos to them!!! Vito is the one of the directors of restaurant was the best!!! We loved Gianfranco- funny and very helpful too. If you go to Ischia and you want to stay on budget plus looking for more layback vacation - Mediterraneo is the best!!! We enjoyed every single day there! Please bring ur own towels as everywhere in Europe (people from US should understand that Europe is not operate as all-inclusive hotels in Mexico or anywhere in Caribbean). We will come back!

We stayed at this hotel that was booked through Exotica. My sister and I went as our first sister trip together. While the garden looks beautiful when you first get there, the hotel itself was very dated. The beds were rock hard, the pillows rock hard and we asked for extra bath towels at front desk and they said no but we could rent a pool towel for $10 euro for a week. No matter if the cleaning staff came in, the room always smelt of urine. We are in our forties and the majority of their clientele are very senior clientele. You have to choose your dinner meals the morning of and nobody told us that they were included, although I’m not sure we would have stayed based on the atmosphere. The breakfast was exactly the same for the four days we were there. The kitchen/dining rm staff were pleasant but we definitely felt out of place. It is also a very long ways away from restaurants and shopping. I think there would have been better places to stay at Ischia.

I’ve had a wonderful time, so peaceful, clean and welcoming. I have been enjoying it mostly every summer since 2016. There is everything I needed , I cannot decide if I preferred more the stars at night or the wonderful sunshine over the pools in the mornings or the spa… Pina, Lucio and Antonio definitely made me feel at home away from home. Location is great too. Easy to walk towards my favourite beach ‘spiaggia di citara’ or there is a bus stop to explore the island a little more

The hotel has a beautiful tropical garden. The pools are exceptional, including the hot water pool. The pool bar serves excellent Italian food at reasonable prices. Lucio was very helpful for luggage transport, always with a smile.

The main parts of the hotel are well looked after and the pools are nice. Sadly the rooms are quite dated, for instance the room only had one modern electric point. There is no tea or cups in the room and the air conditioning was not working. The food is at best mediocre with stale pastries, some (like the croissants) were more breads than pastries. There Iscia sandwich involved toasting lettuce!! The outside bar did not even have a wine list. On the good side there are some excellent eating places nearby.
