we travelled end of October for a 4 night break to Ischia to visit Capri and use of thermal waters at the spa it was really pleasant trip Naples arrived straight to the port take ferry to island we used a travel agency all was good with the representative taking care of luggage etc hotel was in a lovely spot hotels on the island seem to be much to much similar standard from what we could see and we were happy no complaints and we were lucky with good weather so made use of pools and Spa really nice staff and rooms clean spacious we took 3 trips whilst we were their to Capri, and to Procida really worth the visit, and a local tour as well, great fish restaurants all over the island and so affordable so glad I stayed in Ischia as a starting point to explore Capri was expensive but glad to do the one day visit Ana Capri at the top was lovely would go back maybe a 10 night trip

The venue is wonderful and the staff extremely polite! It’s close to all the main attractions, the view on the sea will leave you with no words, the restaurant is clean and really accommodating! There’s also an outdoor pool which is stunning and relaxing! I really enjoyed staying there and I recommend.

Definitely not a 4* hotel. We travelled with Voyage Prive, will not be using them again. Our first room 703 was dreadful, the young receptionist escorted us down, didn’t put on the lights just left the key with us, no wonder! Paid to upgrade the next day, the view was great, mattress much improved but the room still shabby. Broken wardrobe handle, mini bar fridge sitting beside unit it should be in, not 4* ! Garden full of weeds. Pool bar more like a kiosk, limited food served. You can’t have lunch in the restaurant unless you order at breakfast. Dinner served from 8-9 but they really expect you at 8. The food was nice and the room was clean, our maid was good, and one of the receptionists was cheery and helpful. But really no other positives

Very nice hotel with a wonderful view. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. You will feel at home. The rooms look better than in the photos, and it seems the staff is busy every day updating the surroundings and renewing things, so the photos might be a bit outdated. The food was wonderful, and the service was amazing. The hotel is located near a bus stop, making it easy to reach any part of the island. Traveling is very easy. In the surrounding area, you can find an amazing botanical garden that is really worth visiting. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the largest thermal spa on the island and to the big city of Forio, where you can find many shops, restaurants, and markets and spend a nice afternoon. If you want to visit other cities, you can purchase bus tickets at the reception, which is super handy. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can find a beach. The hotel has a gym and spa facilities. The lady working there does amazing massages, but she is quite busy, so make sure you book your treatments on time as spots get filled very quickly.

We arrived at this hotel as it was the one selected by JetLine Vacation. It was in an area that was a bit out of the way for seniors getting to and from restaurants. The room was average but the balcony view was beautiful. It’s really more suitable for families but the hotel manager, John is the reason it’s rated 5. He went out of his way every day to make our stay and our travel arrangements far more suitable than JetLine or their local tour company Imparatore made it. In fact he had to clean up the other tour company’s mess of travel arrangements several times. We missed our lunch one day and when he found out, he went and fixed us a lunch plate and delivered it to our room. He is an angel and I would go back to his hotel because of his service. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

We stayed at this property for a week in July, everything was excellent from the food to the cleanliness and the services. Very friendly staff and always available. It includes many services including a return shuttle to the sea, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. I recommend it

I start from the welcome which was friendly and very clear, breakfast plentiful and simply delicious. Structure with swimming pool and a stone's throw from the beach of San Francesco, but which allows trips to the island with the shuttle service.

Panoramic hotel with rooms overlooking the sea and from which it is possible to enjoy enchanting views and suggestive sunsets. Qualified and available staff; welcoming and communicative receptionists. Cuisine with abundant, good quality meals. Not a very recent structure with some inevitable flaws but attention paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Positive and rewarding experience.
