Abbiamo prenotato per 10 giorni, con richiesta di anticipo di 100 euro al momento della prenotazione telefonica e di 600 euro anticipato al momento dell'inizio del soggiorno. Dopo soli 4 giorni di pernottamento, dal 2gennaio al 5 gennaio, dopo aver constatato una scarsa igiene nelle stanze assegnate, difficolta' a collegarci via internet, con televisori, in dotazioni nelle stanze, molto piccoli e difficolta' per la ricezione delle trasmissioni, abbiamo deciso di lasciare anticipatamente il soggiorno. Nonostante avessimo rappresento il tutto alla proprietaria della struttura nel giorno della partenza e fatto presente che avevamo pagato la predetta somma per soli 4 giorni, non ci e' stata concessa alcuna somma di restituzione per il predetto disagio. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, la location è carina ed è immersa nel verde. Personale cortese e disponibile, l’unica pecca è che magari curando un po’ di più l’esterno sarebbe una vera chicca perché si può godere di ampi spazi esterni su un bellissimo panorama. Capitolo a parte merita la questione pulizia, decisamente da migliorare, non era sporco, ma si può fare di più essendo più attenti.
