My stay here was with a school ski group, there were 62 of us altogether. The location, accommodation and facilities were absolutely perfect for our needs. The hotel was warm, the rooms were clean, the food was hot and their was plenty of it. I cannot complement the staff enough for their friendliness, kindness and being so helpful and accommodating. Jenny, Martina and their colleagues went out of their way to satisfy our every request. The hotel is set up for groups, especially schools and young families. It is hostel like in terms of the rooms and there is plenty of space to hang about in the evenings to play board games and just chat. The disco in the evening was great fun, our students came away saying it was the best holiday they ever had.

It was awful despite being in a lovely spot And the food was a crime. The rooms were tiny and the beds were solid, only one of the plugs in our room worked and there was no toilet roll in our room. Also one of the people I was with had their wallet taken from their locked room. Lovely views though.

Struttura adatta alla ricezione di gruppi e società sportive. Offre un servizio all inclusive con un discreto rapporto qualità prezzo. Le strutture sportive sono ben curate e in buono stato, gli orari di accesso comodi. La spiaggia è organizzata molto bene, ombrelloni e lettini con una distanza che permette di stare in pace. La residenza dove abbiamo soggiornato aveva camere spaziose e ben curate. Buona la cura e la pulizia delle camere. Grossa nota dolente il servizio ristorazione :menù scadenti e servizio poco professionale con lunghe attese tra una portata e l'altra. Se non vai li per mangiare l'esperienza è positiva.

Una gran bella struttura ricettiva dove portare scolaresche ed affini. Però, Dio mio, mi aspetterei di avere del cibo vagamente decente e le camere rifatte. Invece: 1) Cibo ... oh mio Dio. Qualità davvero discutibile (per tutti e tre i pasti della giornata), gli orari erano strettamente vincolati (una forbice di circa 40 minuti, prima della quale servivano i pasti ad altri gruppi e dopo sprangavano letteralmente le porte del self service!), la qualità andava dal più o meno decente all'assolutamente indegno, la scelta era limitata a due primi, due secondi, un contorno, pane a dir poco dozzinale, brioche inqualificabili ... e chi avesse intolleranze alimentari è bene che stia lontano da quasi tutto perché lì la contaminazione era quanto mai palese ed evidente (nonostante quanto scritto sul sito internet). Aggiungiamo anche i vassoi sbeccati e rotti, con il serio rischio di farsi male alle dita. Personale inadeguato e francamente poco sveglio. Unica nota apprezzabile: distributore di acqua fresca gratuita nella sala da pranzo. Inoltre è capitato più volte che ci fosse sporco per terra in prossimità del self service, e prima che qualcuno venisse a pulire passavano ore. 2) Bar: almeno lì potevamo gustarci tutti gli extra che volevamo (non inclusi nel prezzo del pasto, nemmeno il caffè mattutino!). Peccato che se c'erano un po' di utenti da servire si avevano ritardi assurdi, data la mancanza di personale. 3) Arrivati in camera mercoledì alle ore 21.30 e partiti la domenica alle 9.30, non ci hanno MAI rifatto i letti né cambiato gli asciugamani ... grandioso. Notevole la piscina, innegabilmente ... ma parlare di "centro benessere" con soltanto una sauna (di buon livello) ed una misera vasca idromassaggio per 3/4 persone mi sembra davvero poco.

Il riscaldamento non va, le coperte neanche. Ci siamo svegliate OGNI ora questa notte per la temperatura non adatta per una camera di un hotel! Inoltre determinati letti nella stanza sono in simil metallo, scricchiola ad ogni movimento, impossibile dormire una notte tranquilla! PS. i vassoi della mensa si asciugano.

Direttore e personale maleducato. Con la vecchia gestione si stava meglio. Il nuovo direttore non è stata una scelta giusta. Consiglio di cambiare colui che gestisce la struttura e auguro di trovare un professionista capace di rivalorizzare il Villaggio.

Una cosa da dimenticare, devono imparare a gestire almeno un bus navetta, magari che si licenziano tutti e trovare almeno dei dipendenti competenti e personale competente, tutti maleducati, IGNORANTI, abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare delle corriere per rientrare in albergo. Io personalmente sconsiglio questo albergo per le scuole, io non ci metterò più piede.

Sono rimasto affascinato dalla bellezza di questo posto, tuttavia sono rimasto deluso dall'assenza del direttore e dall'ambiente sporco. Le code al check-in e al ristorante hanno offuscato l'esperienza. Nonostante i nostri tentativi di contattare il direttore, non siamo riusciti a trovarlo. Considerando che conosco la sede centrale sul lago di Garda, spero di trovare qualcuno che possa ascoltare le nostre preoccupazioni.

Arrivati presso la struttura (posto incantevole), ci siamo trovati di fronte a una situazione estremamente deludente. Il livello di sporco era evidente in ogni angolo: dai bagni alla hall, dalla sala alle camere, sembrava non esserci alcuna cura per la pulizia. Le code interminabili al momento del check-in aggiungevano ulteriore frustrazione (soprattutto quando hai bambini stanchi) e le camere, che avrebbero dovuto essere pronte entro le 17, sono state consegnate ben oltre tale orario. Nel tentativo di affrontare la situazione, abbiamo cercato di parlare con il Direttore, ma, sorprendentemente, non si è mai presentato. La sua assenza era palese anche quando ci siamo recati nella direzione, dove abbiamo trovato luci accese per ore, ma nessun segno del responsabile. Sentendoci completamente trascurati e delusi e visto che provengo dal Lago di Garda, ho deciso che mi recherò personalmente nella sede centrale. Forse lì, al Lago di Garda, troverò qualcuno più disponibile e disposto ad ascoltare le nostre preoccupazioni. Speriamo che il livello di servizio possa migliorare, altrimenti sarà difficile consigliare questa struttura ad altri viaggiatori.
