Remote workers welcome year-round! This pet-friendly waterfront home is tucked in the woods in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, but close to everything. Includes high-speed internet. There are abundant activities on the pond or nearby all year long. Enjoy a relaxing time on a quiet 58-acre pond in the foothills of the Adirondacks. In the summer you can enjoy a relaxing day on the peaceful pond in the pedal boat, canoe or on one of the Stand-Up Paddleboards. There are also attachable seats which make the SUPs feel like open kayaks. Spend an evening around the campfire eating S’mores, telling ghost stories and making memories. In the fall the foliage is gorgeous, and local views abound! We are close to several ski centers, such as West Mountain Ski Center, Gore Mountain, and Hickory Ski Center. In the winter there is skiing, snowmobile trails nearby and cross country skiing and ice fishing on the pond to name a few, or just curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book. The soothing atmosphere of the deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or while gathered around with family and friends relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. The two sliders offer the same views from inside in the colder months. 15 min from Glens Falls and Queensbury, 20 min from Lake George, 45 min from Saratoga Springs, 1 hour from Albany International Airport. This is a smoke-free property. The dock, watercraft and firepit are shared with the cabin next door.
