The service is very welcoming, the key is to show their room card, take a half price on the Loch Ness cruise. The accommodation is a loft on the top floor, newly renovated, I like it very much. Although it is small, it does not affect the accommodation at all. The small drawback is that luggage needs to be climbed up stairs, but fortunately it is not very high 😂.
