I stay here 4 night and They never clean the room eventhough I asked the reception everyday but the housekeeping didn't clean the room, So I have to clean myself and got the new towel at front desk😡and trow away the garbage
The hotel are under renovation at 8 am the worker already working at my next room and so noisy
Hossible experiance they shouldn't open the hotel if the situation like that

Well i reserve the king size bed room on lime and pay for it. And when i arrived , surprise it was a two queen bed. Thats a joke . No respect .
It was a aniversity date with my wife and disapointed when i got to hotel tje front desk.told me that sorry theres no kingsize bed room avalible. But she can make it up with a break fast cupon. And sh e couldnt do nonthing about it.
But i had reserve and pay for the room
That was my bad experience at this place.
So it ruined my plan aniversary.. was traveling from california to fort collins colorado..

There was a little incident during check-in, but Ctrip actively coordinated and resolved it. Otherwise, the hotel was ok in all aspects.
