Aloft Hotels in Fort Lauderdale

If you are looking to stay at one of the best places in Ft. Lauderdale- look no further. This Hilton lives up to its name between the cleanliness of the rooms, halls, pool, lobby and spa. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always smiling. We were greeted and welcomed back every time we came and went wether it was by car or on foot. They did have some elevator issues during our time there, but were fixed rather promptly and did not put a damper on our stay. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Across the street is the beach and if you make a right down N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and walk about 15-20 mins you will hit some of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. Live music every night and more outdoor dining then I’ve ever seen, it just makes you feel so alive! We recommend Spazio, it’s a bit further down the strip but we went back twice it was so good. There’s a CVS not too far from the hotel on that same strip that has any essentials you may have forgotten or if you’d just like some snacks/alcohol. My husband and I got a couples massage in the Hilton’s Spa, it was fantastic! We ate breakfast at Ilios (inside the hotel on floor 6 by the pool) the food was to die for. They have outdoor, indoor and at the bar dining. A few side notes, parking is expensive ($20ish a day) and I believe it’s valet only. The resort fee includes two bottles of water a day, two free hours for their bikes, yoga in the morning and you get beach chairs and towels. Umbrellas are an extra charge of $25 which is very expensive to me unless you really would like to be on the beach for hours. We only found ourselves using the beach chair services so the resort fees were a bit of a waste of money to us, but for how immaculate this Hilton is, it didn’t bother me. Last thing, I wanted something with a balcony so I booked the Ocean view. I was very happy with that but it was only a partial view so if you’d like a full blown view I think you need to book an ocean front. Overall, extremely happy with everything and I promise you Hilton & Fort Lauderdale, we will come back and see you soon!

Our flight was canceled, and since we needed to stay over we were referred to Sonesta by a local. Beautiful and clean!

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

The room was a studio apartment and all remodeled . It was beautiful . All of the staff members were so nice and helpful the only little problem was the hundreds of sugar ants but it’s ok it was still worth it

Nice hotel in great location with direct access to the beach and local restaurants. Service was OK, the team always seemed to be trying hard to deliver best possible service, only exception was at the Breeze Cafe during the daytime where the lady really appeared to lack interest in being at work. Wonderful pool area which was surprisingly busy and good atmosphere watching the Fifa World Cup on tvs at the bar. Room was OK, good facilities. Only criticism was door lock to balcony didn't work and there was a horrendous smell on first day - like a dead animal or wet carpet?. I left the balcony door open whilst in the room to air it out which seemed to resolve it.

Although the hotel is not close to the sea, it is very cost-effective. It has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. It is conveniently located from the seaside and the airport. I will recommend it to friends

directly across the street from the beach/ocean. nice pool setting on fifth floor took advantage of a great massage/spa not far from Ft Lauderdale airport

Everything was excellent! We had to stay for an uncertain amount of time in Fort Lauderdale due to family circumstances and one of the managers was very friendly and helpful and did all that she could to accommodate us. Apart from that, everything else was fine too really, very good breakfast, clean rooms , lots of amenities, good location. The only thing that was a pity is that the swimming pool is currently under maintenance (for a few more months) but we were given a free pass for using the facilities of a gym across the street. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others too!
