Look at photos. This was a unsafe rental. Please look at photos you decide. Bedding soft. Two out of three fire detectors not working. Broken glass in front yard. Jagged front porch entry. No grab bars in bathtub/ shower . I felt this was one of worst stays I have had

FUYEZ!! l'appartement était en piteux état: porte de placard de cuisine cassé, fauteuil du salon sale et cassé, draps sales, traces de rouille sur le frigo et surtout des PUNAISES DE LIT. Le propriétaire n'avait même pas l'air surpris Quand j'ai demandé un remboursement intégral, il m'a demandé en garantie de laisser uncommentaire 5 étoiles sur Booking, ce que j'ai refusé. Finalement je n'ai même pas été remboursée de moitié pour sur un séjour de 6 nuits pour lequel nous n'avons dormi que 2 nuits. Depuis ce litige, le propriétaire ne répond plus. FUYEZ!!! DO NOT BOOK COCOBAY APARTMENT!! the apartment was so terrible: broken kitchen cupboard door, dirty and broken armchair in the living room, dirty sheets, rusts marks on the door fridge, and above all BEDBUGS!!! the owner didn't even seem to be suprised. When I asked for a full refund, the owner asked me to post a positive comment on booking plateform. in the end, i received 358 dollars over the 487 dollars expected for the 4 nights we haven't stayed in bc of the bedbugs. Since the dispute the owner no longer responds. DO NOT BOOK COCOBAY APARTMENT
