The entire exterior of the house is new including siding, windows, doors roof, & AC. The heated pool & hot tub were re-tiled / re-surfaced, have all new equipment, and a new privacy fence has been installed. The main elevated living floor has new flooring and paint among other updates. The house boasts two large decks – the back deck with direct bedroom access overlooks the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen + Full) and 2 full bathrooms. Access to washer and dryer. Maximum occupancy is 8. Property is located between public beach access 16 and 17 which is about 1/2 mile from the Publix grocery store to the north and 1/2 mile from CVS to the south.
