beds are nice and soft, friendly staff. stay here every time we come out with state 4-h and bb competitions. hot water is on point. building and rooms have always been very well cleaned. couple nice discounts for a few restaurants when staying at my place.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel in a quiet location adjacent to restaurants and a convenience store. Good visibility from the highway but not too close to be impacted by noise. This is one of the better places in the Pierre/Fort Pierre area. I will stay here again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and excellent coffee in the morning!

When I arrived I was not 1st in line but I was greeted by the friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. My bed was very comfortable. The AC was outstanding and would run continuously which I appreciate. I got an item from the store at the counter which was very easy. Parking was great and we enjoyed kicking back at the outdoor seating area. Extremely clean and everything was how it should be.

Reserved a double queen room, but was given a single queen and offered an air mattress. Management wouldn’t acknowledge they messed up, acted like it was my fault and I had the confirmation to prove what I reserved. No discount given for their screw up.

Furniture was well worn. Bed was saggy. Fridge/freezer did not work. Requested ice service not provided. No breakfast. Tight parking very inconvenient for boat trailer. Nightly rate was WAY too high for the value received.

$300 per night is outrageous. My room had two conditioners and no shampoo. I had room 206 and every time the front door opened you could here a loud sliding noise. One of the guys in our group asked for a shampoo and they were told that they would have to purchase it. Absolute rip off for $300 per night. Our group will never stay at another my place again.
