Good stay. Pool and hot tub were great. A few of the other amenities could use attention, though. One of the washing machines wasn’t working, and breakfast was cold. There is also an omelette station that apparently only operates when it’s not “slow season” The service is always incredible, and the hotel location and cleanliness was top notch. Maybe just call ahead when you’re booking so you know what to expect for breakfast. We would stay again

This hotel and its staff hands down..was one of the best experiences I've had at any hotel stay and I stay multiple times in a month at various hotels in and around the edmonton area including leduc and airport area hotels ... The staff are top notch extremely polite and accommodating always smiling and offering help in a variety of ways including offering cash back when they found your room cheaper doing price matching for their guests and happy to give you back anything that they can save you which is amazing

Stopped in after a long haul from work. It was a fantastic location with amazing jacuzzi room and we were able to relax before moving the last of my home to Saskatchewan. Staff was amazing, room was clean and comfortable, location was central and quiet.
