We got to town with no reservation. We looked at a couple hotels and were not impressed. That was until I came across The Beland. It was so beautiful, I felt like royalty. Such a great stay for the money. Owner was very responsive in answering all my questions and getting us codes before we arrived at property. We appreciated the multiple coffee bars.

What a wonderful alternative to a hotel! We love to find boutique places that are nice and comfortable, and we sure found it in Ft. Smith at The Beland. The booking was easy, questions were answers completely, and the location no problem to find. The room was cozy, upscale, beautiful, and met our needs for our two night stay. We were very pleased and would stay here again when we find ourselves in Ft. Smith.

Beautiful place! My husband and I just love it! It’s affordable the location is great and greater than any hotel we’ve stayed at. This was our second time staying there and will definitely stay again. And tell friends and family about this wonderful place.

We have stayed here 3 times. Has such a pleasant atmosphere. Quite and there are several coffee bars through out the inn. The game room is equipped with a nice small kitchen area. Will be back again and again when on that way. Did a review by mistake before! This place is great.

Beautiful setting and a welcome reprieve from usual motel rooms. Check in was excellent, the communication with the host was exceptional, and the accommodations were A#1! Coffee bar was well stocked, the internet was reliable, and the room was very comfortable. We will definitely return.

I believe this is a scam I reserved this hotel and tried contacting the company several times and got a no longer in service tone. I emailed several times and messaged on fb. I received a confirmation email and it gave me contact info and I recontacted them and then it said email address not a address couldn't send message and got a no service tone on the phone. I've drove to the hotel and it's empty no lights on noone was there. I've been trying to cancel this reservation and can't get ahold of the company. Now their website says no longer found. So I'm hoping they don't charge my account.
