Howdy - welcome to Cowtown! Our home was built to provide a rustic, farmhouse vibe located right in the heart of Fort Worth. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone looking to experience the rodeo We are a 5-minute walk away from the beloved Magnolia Ave's shops and restaurants, a 5-minute drive to Downtown FW, and 15-minutes to The Stockyards. We are located right off interstate 35W, providing you quick and easy access to the AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, or Six Flags! -- PETS -- Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend! We love pets and consider them family though we do ask that you adhere to our furry friend rules! Please DO NOT just bring your pet without telling us. -Animals are not allowed on the furniture or beds. -Animals must be crated if no one is home! -Please pick up after your pet! Please message me with the size and breed of your pet so cleaners can properly prepare the place for the next set of guests. We have separate sheets & covers for pets to avoid allergy issues. NOTE - there is an additional pet fee of $60 due to the additional cleaning required by our professional cleaning to get it ready for the next set of guests. -- MAIN ENTRANCE -- Access the property 24/7 using a convenient keyless entry. Your code will be sent to you before your arrival. Early Check In/ Late Check Out: If available & if requested 12 hours in advance, extensions may be accommodated for $25/per hour (or any portion thereof). 2 HR extension max. ** Unapproved extensions are subject to late check-out fees of $50/per hour (or any portion thereof). Any unapproved late check-outs of over 2 hours are subject to the penalty of an additional night's stay of their highest nightly rate. If the unapproved check-out causes a delay for the next guest, you will be charged $100 as compensation to the new guest, in addition to the penalty. -- WORK REMOTELY -- We live right in the city with several coffee shops within 5 minutes. We also have 400+ mb/s wifi throughout the entire space! -- SLEEP -- Master bedroom - 14-inch queen-size memory foam mattress Secondary bedroom - 12-inch full-size memory foam mattress (74"L x 52"W x 12"T) Living room - comfortable sofa with pull out queen-size mattress -- OFFICE IN BEDROOM -- Nice large comfortable writing desk with built-in USB ports. Desk lamp for late-night work. Comfortable office chair. -- KITCHEN -- The fully equipped, spacious kitchen comes with electric stove, a microwave, an oven, a full-sized fridge, pots & pans, 6-person set of dishes, an electric water kettle, salt & pepper, oil, and a full coffee bar. Make sure to bring your own preferred condiments and seasoning just in case! The coffee bar/tea comes with a Nespresso Vertuo that pumps out espresso and drip coffee, a manual pour coffee maker (Hario V60), and a traditional coffee maker (mr. coffee). -- ENTERTAINMENT-- The living room comes equipped with a 4K 55-inch TV that you can chrome-cast to the TV any app for streaming you wish to use, once logged into the wifi. -- BATHROOM -- We provide fresh towels, shampoo + conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. -- CLEANING SUPPLIES-- Comes equipped with a washer & dryer for longer stays, along with detergent and dryer sheets.
