Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows! Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton. I'll might find another hotel next time.

The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot.

the only problem was in the resturant sunday morning.
it took at least an hour and half to get our food.
just normal pancakes waffles eggs.
we were there for an event at civic center for a 12 noon
performance. it almost made us late. we were in the resturant at 10:45 and could not finish breakfast. for waiting so long we had to leave. made a terrible end to our great weekend

Friendly staff. We arrived so late and manage to put our order for dinner 15 minutes before the restaurant close. The young lady working that night was so kind and waited for us to finish our dinner.
