Rooms needing upgrades the paint on the wall is old and was peeling from the wall. And we heard someone running up and down the hall

Outside of the property looks nice, lacking on interior upgrades. Carpet in our room was old and felt like old movie theater floor Water stains on the wall in the bathroom, ring in the toilet and don’t want to know what was on the ceiling in the tub area.

This place is run down, the hall smelled like urine, you have to practically beg for your room to be cleaned, there are shady characters around all the time, and none of the equipment in the fitness room works. The breakfast is decent, the employees just don’t seem to care. I won’t stay there again.

The check in procedure took over 30 minutes and the Hotel needs to be updated. It's old and tired. It was ok for the price I paid and I only stayed one night. If I had to stay for a few nights, I would find somewhere else. The front desk staff is very nice and friendly.

It was a nice hotel, needs updating. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The room was clean and I felt safe throughout. Some of the silly things- the room set up if you’re sitting on the bed you can look someone sitting on the toilet eye to eye (it bothered my husband), the toiletries didn’t match brands - kudos for using what you have but I much prefer the bottles on the shower wall and having shower gel vs the bar of soap. The price was good and the location was convenient

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. Maybe they are cause they’re only one side on the back side of the building making it very confusing when you first arrive to the hotel.

If I had to rate this hotel it would be a 1 star review. The tub was disgusting, the room smelt moldy and there was an intense smoke smell in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them, the toilet clogged and wouldn’t flush a few times and there was hair in the towels and around the room. My in-laws stayed in the room next to ours And their room smelled of sewage so bad they were moved to a different room. The halls are dirty, elevator is dirty and unkept. I did not expect this type of condition from a Hilton. If my trip was not so short I would’ve taken the time to find somewhere else to stay. This was flat out horrible. The “1” star is for the lobby. The staff only offered to spray my room or move us elsewhere however this was a complaint of many. Avoid at all cost!

The first room we had had cigarette burns on the coffee table, bathroom door wouldn’t close, the couch should’ve been thrown out, the rug was torn up. The pool was I closed because it was green. There was cigarette butts in thje elevators and landscape maintenance was almost nonexistent. Breakfast; juice machines didn’t work, there was only one waffle maker. I prepaid for this hotel, so I had to stay for the entire week. Had I been able to I would’ve left after the first night.

The pool was algae filled and the hall and room smelt like smoke. Worn furniture, damaged walls and repair work to the bathroom door frame was sloppy. Not worth the $126 a night at all. Although the layout and space was good everything else was not up to a 1 star hotel. Spend you money someplace else.
