Exceptional officials. All cordial. Very clean, very good food. But we had a problem: with the strong rain the hotel was without energy. The generator was not enough for all rooms. We were unconditioned by 24h. We could not open the windows, because the generator is a little below us and the smoke generated by it entered our room. I asked the reception to change the room, because they had air-conditioned rooms working and said they couldn't; I asked a fan to sleep and they had no. Result: sleep (due to fatigue) at 2:30 a.m. with a humiliated towel on my body to try to threaten the heat.In the morning they would solve our problem, but we were already going away. I know that the lack of energy was not the fault of the hotel, but they could have put us in another room, because it was not stuck or then obtained a fan to avoid such disorder. The reception was with my number to the administration to contact via WhatsApp to try to compensate (through discount in the stay), but so far, almost a week later, they did not enter.

The perfect location for anyone going to a event at the Ceará Event Centre.It is 15 minutes from the road, and type 3 minutes from the Event Centre, along with the very persistent Iguatemi. The room was comfortable (i stayed in a executive room), with good cleaning and quality bed linen. cable TV, wifi, air conditioning ok.My reservation is in relation to the size of the bathroom box. I saw several comments from people who have already been home there, but I paid to see with my eyes, rs. The box is MINIMUM! I have no problem with small spaces, but that box gave me claustrophobia. And the water of the shower falls all widely, so it was impossible to take a bath with the open box. I took a bath at the hurry to get out there. I've got 1.57 and 60 kg, so if you're a big person, you'll have a worse experience. I asked for dinner to eat in the room and it took more than 1 h to arrive because the kitchen official was in rest time, even being 19h. But ok. Breakfast fat and varied, staff, modern building.

Fiz uma viagem de casal. Ao chegar no hotel já tivemos uma impressão esquisita tendo em vista que o nosso quarto já estava aberto, ao longo dos dias percebemos que isso era prática do hotel, deixar os quartos abertos dos hóspedes que iriam chegar, achei isso não muito seguro. No primeiro dia fomos tomar café e tivemos que ficar em uma mesa cheio de coisas sujas, porque não havia ninguem recolhendo as coisas sujas, só posteriormente quase 30min depois apareceu alguém. Uma coisa que nos deixou mais chateados é a importunação que ocorreu, várias vezes, funcionarios do hotel batendo na nossa porta para entregar alguma coisa, quando iamos atender, descobriam que era o quarto errado. Inclusive batiam na nossa porta para perguntar se queriamos limpeza no quarto. Não existia aquela plaquinha para colocar na porta, para resguardar o sossego. Porém o pior de tudo foi no dia que a gente foi fazer o check out o recepcionista estava cobrando uma diária a mais, dizendo que não haviamos pago. Eu mostrei no celular toda a conversa e transferencia das diarias, embora relutante resolveram a solução. Falta de comunicação entre os funcionários e de anotação no sistema. A única coisa interessante que achamos foi a localização do hotel que é muito boa, próxima da praia, tem uma farmacia e pizzaria na frente e uma padaria na mesma calçada que vendo almoço barato. No mais, pela primeira vez eu faço uma avaliação para dizer que não voltaria a este hotel.

Tiny rooms with no windows and terribly maintained. The worst breakfast I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Not only is the food bad, but the space is ridiculous, 6 tables in a 4 floors hotel hotel with 7 rooms each. Service is as bad as the rooms, I left a message asking them not to clean my room (there's no do not disturb sign) and when I got back, the room had been cleaned. When I asked they said they had to go in because of a leakage in the room next door. No one was able to explain why they had to make the bed in the process of cleaning the floor. The manager, of course, was not at the hotel and even after being asked to contact me, did not. I'm never coming back andif you're in the process of searching, keep looking. If you have already booked, I'm so sorry! Quartos minúsculos e sem janelas, péssimo estado de conservação. Pior café da manhã que já tive em um hotel não só pela qualidade da comida como pelo espaço, ridículo, de 6 mesas para um hotel com 4 andares e 7 quartos por andar. Serviço péssimo, deixei avisado que o quarto não devia ser limpo, e eles entram e remexeram tudo. Pedi pra falar com o gerente que, claro, não estava no hotel, mas mandou recado pela recepção dizendo que entraram no quarto devido a vazamento no quarto vizinho. O motivo pelo qual fizeram a cama e recolheram o lixo, mesmo só tendo entrado para secar o vazamento, segue um mistério. Se você ainda está pesquisando onde ficar, continue procurando. Se já reservou, meus pêsames.

My considerations about the Casa Blanca Hotel, which currently forms part of the Andre Hotels network, were travelled from 28 to 31 March. The hotel is located on Joaquim Alves Street 194, near the Iracem Beach, the neighborhood is the Meireles, we can say it is a South Fortress Zone, has many hotels, restaurants, the Ferinha Beira Mar is close, excellent location! But ... for the location, the hotel could have already raised much more its stars. The reception is very pleasant, all in common. My sister and I have been welcomed by the friendly and attentive Vinicius and Camila, we are grateful for all the staff. We stay at the 5th floor. When I entered, I met a clean room, the towels on the beds, air conditioning, good box, TV-banked, frigobar with refrigerators and water, and a beautiful view of the beach of Iracem. But unfortunately something I saw in various reviews here, and on other sites, was not liar ... The bathroom is horrible, it needs for yesterday a reform, coatings, shower, that on the first day the water was hot, more for brun, they are not white ... are incardated, the door below, the wood is breaking down ... The TV, in some channels has condition to watch, but the Globo the image is horrible. The breakfast is a good coffee, it has no variety, as I have seen in Hotels 3 stars, but what it is proposed, it has a regular variety, we can go out with breakfast. The goal of the hotel when we travel is to have a place, which provides us comfort after the arrival of the tours, City tour, the beaches, need not be luxurious, but a pleasant, good and clean bed and bathroom, surely leaves guests and with certainty a return.
