This is a wonderful hotel. Very classy. The lobby area is awesome. It has a beautiful garden. The breakfast area was great. And the breakfast was great. People are awesome. The rooms are beautiful . Not much bad to say about this place except the parking area was very small and a little difficult to navigate in. I came here with my son, but I would love to come with my wife. She would love it.

We stayed at so many places around the world but the Franceschi we will never forget and we will come back. That is just so a wonderful place. You feel the care about people but also about the hotel. Every detail shows the love how this fantastic hotel is inspiring their guests. The service is outstanding. Always a smile. Please have dinner at the Franceschi. Exceptional food. What a location. We just love it.

Really nice hotel. We only stayed for one night but it was a good night. The staff were pleasant, breakfast was good, room comfortable and the shower was powerful with lots of toiletries and fluffy towels available. We had a double room with an extra bed for our child and we all slept well. There is a building site next door but we are early risers so it didn’t bother us. The staff were happy to bring us a tray of tea and coffee things to make up some hot drinks in our room. The parking is weird; staff ask for your keys so that they can juggle the cars if they need to. This made leaving the hotel slightly delayed because there isn’t always somebody in the front desk. All in all, a good stay and I’d have happily stayed another night.

The hotel is managed in an extremely poor manner, the manager Linda seems to be brought in with zero hospitality skills and is extremely rude. After discussing a matter the manager told me to shut up. I don’t recommend this hotel, your better off staying in a hostel at least the management there would be better off.

A truly delightful hotel that I was lucky enough to discover by chance since the one where I usually stay was completely full. It feels like going back in time, and above all you immediately feel at home. I stayed in a beautiful and very bright junior suite, but above all impeccable in terms of cleanliness, as well as all the common areas. All the staff is very kind and always available for every little eventuality. In Forte I have always gone to another very well-known hotel with an extra star, but I must say that from today the Hotel Franceschi will be my new choice. Highly recommended.

Ci siamo tornati per la 5/6 volta ed in questi anni qualche prova alternativa c’è stata spesso solo per la chiusura di Villa Mimosa o per la curiosità di sperimentare. Resta in assoluto la miglior soluzione per location (voto 6 che non esiste) servizi, posizione e soprattutto per la cortesia e gentilezza dei collaboratori (tutti) della struttura che ti fanno sentire veramente a casa tua 👏👏bravissimi tutte e tutti in reception ed alla colazione

Delizioso e accogliente hotel curato nei minimi dettagli. Si trova vicinissimo al centro ma nello stesso tempo in zona non trafficata, cosa che permette di godere di una tranquillità assoluta. Personale sorridente, gentile e premuroso. Ci si sente da subito coccolati. Le camere in stile con mobili bianchi, tendaggi a fiori, muri color salvia stile cottege e grazioso terrazzino, risultano da subito estremamente accoglienti e romantiche. Pulizia impeccabile, cambio degli asciugamani più volte al giorno e la sera è bellissimo rientrare in camera e trovare il letto rifatto con l'invito per la notte e le abatjour accese .Qualità del sonno top. Colazione all'ultimo piano eccezionale, prodotti di qualità e molte torte/brioches tra cui scegliere, più settore salato a chi interessa. Possibilità ,la sera, di cenare in hotel. Consigliatissimo.

Soggiornato con mia moglie di ritorno da un viaggio in Umbria. L' hotel è immerso in un parco con un fantastico giardino. Camere molto ben arredate, confortevoli, pulite e silenziose. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Fantastica colazione in terrazza all'ultimo piano dell'hotel. Cena ottima e leggera , materie prime di prima qualità. Da ritornarci.
