The hotel itself was in a great location. It was convenient to get to from Guangzhounan high speed rail station and the subway. We enjoyed the room size and offerings however found that the staff in this Ascott weren’t as friendly as that in the Chongqing Ascott Raffles City. I didn’t receive a welcome gift as an Ascott star rewards member here but I did in Chongqing. Also I saw that the hotel staff were smoking outside the main hotel entrance which as someone who very much dislikes smoking I didn’t like.
Overall these things were small and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
