The hotel is in a great location, very close to Qiandeng Lake, just a ten-minute walk away. The room is also spacious, so a family can live in it without worrying about being crowded. Parking is also convenient and the garage is large.

At first glance it looked ok, but when I looked closely I found stains on the bedsheets, the bathroom floor looked like it had never been mopped, the toilet seat was not clean either, I wiped it with disinfectant myself, in short it was dirty everywhere as if it had never been cleaned

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, poor service, dirty rooms, leaking water heater, no automatic cleaning service, cheap towels, thin walls, loud noise, and they refused to provide an invoice.

Most apartments of this price range in Foshan have washing machines in their rooms, but this one doesn't. The experience is average, but the surrounding environment is good. After all, the property is owned by Poly, and it's close to Qiandeng Lake. There are McDonald's, Lawson convenience store, Heytea, Starbucks... downstairs, which is quite convenient.
You don't need to go to the front desk to check in. You booked it on the app. I couldn't find the front desk location, so I contacted the front desk phone number provided by the apartment management office. The front desk asked me to add WeChat and send her the front and back of my ID card for confirmation. Then she sent the room number and door lock unlocking code. Not to mention that it is very unsafe to directly send photos of the front and back of the ID card, which may leak or sell citizens' private information.
