1.人文：房東非常非常非常熱情，而且特別有人情味，從入住到服務再到推薦招待，每一處都透露着以誠相待
2.環境：酒店非常温馨，設施齊全而且乾淨衞生，讓人感到賓至如歸
3.位置：臨近地鐵站，清暉園、華蓋路步行街步行十分鐘就到，而且附近有很多美食，基本上停停走走都能吃到

這是這麼多年旅遊第一次評價一家酒店，因為這家民宿愛上了順德這座城市，店內温馨佈置，一樓是公共區域，二三樓為住房，房間雖然緊湊但是佈置用心，乾淨整潔，一次性用品準備齊全。當我們問老闆哪裡有地道美食，不單單給我們推薦，還及時聯繫飯店確認是否開門，所做的攻略通通推掉，直奔飯店，果然名副其實的好吃，早中晚每個推薦的美食讓我們恨不得有八個胃，離開的時候還幫我們和司機確認費用問題，真是非常感激，如果還有機會來順德，會再次光臨！

環境：一樓大堂裝修很温馨，老闆很温柔有耐心，給我們推薦了很多當地好吃的店；房間環境乾淨，希望以後更注意衞生間下水道衞生。
服務：未入住前保管行李、主動拿多幾雙拖鞋、耐心調試投影儀等，服務周到，很好～

很滿意，很驚喜的一家民宿，地理位置非常方便，地鐵口兩分鐘，老闆娘很美很用心，打造的很有情調，有KTV，棋牌室和露天的小茶室，房間也很乾凈，漂亮，超級對胃口，還有一衹很可耐的小咪，小寶很喜歡，老闆娘不僅推薦美食，還陪孩子玩兒，太棒的一次出行體驗了，來順德，可以直接訂這兒，是真的覺得適合帶孩子來住😄
