交通極為便利，門口就有公交，出租，網約車。
小區安靜，可比萬達好太多了。每棟樓都有保安。
房間不錯，海景，陽台，很舒服。設施新。
床品不錯，床墊也好。睡的好。乾淨整潔。
熱水好。
老闆溝通順暢，有困難及時溝通解決。
廚房用具齊全，投影好用有會員提供。

地理位置佳，距離大良鐘樓站A出口走路7分鐘，也在大良鐘樓景區的旁邊，要吃東西、逛景點都很便利。
空間大，可以住上至少四人，有投影、冰箱，住起來很舒服而且很安靜，靠磁卡搭電梯也蠻安全的。
有吧枱沒有廚具和水槽、洗衣機、收納的衣櫃實屬美中不足，畢竟如果住上較長時間，會更需要這些生活設備，也能在住更久一點。

離清暉園和華蓋步行街真的很近 樓下也有吃的很方便
環境和圖片一樣，樓下有門禁的還是很安全的，民宿的床被很舒服，和朋友都種草了，一生要連結的女人哈哈，基礎設施都很齊全，就是沐浴露洗頭水那些太稀了沒什麼清理能力，除了這一點其他都不錯。

老闆超給力，介紹了很多家小吃，吃了兩家味道都超級棒，房間環境也很好，空調温度剛剛好，不冷不熱也不會吹的頭疼，位置也相當不錯，旁邊步行就可以到清暉園

衞生非常好，一進門就是眼前一亮，不管是客廳還是房間的衞生都非常好細節非常到位，會給我們備一次性浴巾，讓我們可以不用額外花錢購買了舒適感非常強，總體來説非常滿意，出來遊玩的不二之選

2. 位置方便，就在順德新世界酒店旁邊。
3. 企理乾淨。
4. 性價比高的民宿。
缺點/小建議
1. 廁所渠位有啲異味
2. 廁所沖涼位比較暗，加個小燈便好
3. 枕頭太扁，如果有多個枕頭可以疊高就好了。
