但是作為酒店，對於客人來説最主要的是休息睡覺的地方。而這家酒店存在以下幾個問題：
一，佈局不是很合理。出電梯的前面房間，樓下是沐足KTV，凌晨都在營業。靠後的房間據説是比較安靜，但是中間有帶棋牌室的房間，洗牌，推拉凳子，贏的人大呼小叫，輸的人唉聲歎氣的聲音斷斷續續飄入你耳朵，即使帶上防噪耳塞，隔音之差都讓你無法入睡。試問一下你會選擇這樣的酒店入住嗎？
二，前台接待服務態度意識都欠佳，對於客人辦理入住時提出需要安靜的房間，前台沒有告知有噪音的存在，也沒有詢問是否可以接受某些噪音，擺出一副客人欠她錢的表情。
按道理服務這項應該給她零分，但考慮到凌晨兩點打電話前台有另外一位先生值班，態度誠懇還協助處理讓隔壁房間不要再打牌發出嚴重噪音影響隔壁客人的休息，不然估計要報警讓警察叔叔來處理了
