Place is nice and tidy. Location is just a bit far from the city but it’s ok that you can call a car pickup service.

It had been the most lovely stay in 全季酒店（佛山新城世纪城）.
The room is really spacious and clean. Lovely view from the 21st floor.
The service provided by the front desk had been the most impeccable.
Front desk Staff - 燕琼, went the extra mile to arrange to collect the parcel sent to a location near the hotel (I forgot to change the address after checking out), and coordinate for courier service to be sent to my address in Shanghai.
It had been a wonderful stay in 全季酒店，and I am sure that all guests will feel the same way.

I stayed in several hotels during this trip, and I only had time to complain and comment after I came back. I parked my car in the garage and the guy at the front desk registered, but I had to pay 18 yuan when I left. I couldn't turn around and ask the front desk to reduce it. The service was too bad and too unprofessional. The room hygiene was also very poor. I have never stayed in such a bad all season hotel. The wireless in the room was also terrible. I couldn't connect to it no matter what. I called the front desk but they didn't solve it for me and asked me to try again. The service was too bad. I originally booked it thinking of finding a quiet hotel for a meeting, but the network didn't work for me. The front desk didn't solve it. Who can understand staying in a hotel without wifi?
