I’m so happy to visit Echarm hotel again as it’s my favourite hotel in this area especially it’s my Dad’s Birth Place. It’s as good, friendly & well though through with all the free amenities, super friendly staffs, calm & tasty deco & nice scenery when I open the window in the morning seeing the lovely sunshine & the wonderful Hill scenery across. And the extra choice of neck friendly pillows are the most welcome surprise to give me a restful sleep. Can’t fault it again

Air-conditioners didn’t work well that we needed to change three rooms. At mid night, the temperature was fixed to a low level that it was too hot for us🥵🥵. The towels were dirty and we were given a room for smoking though requested a non- smoking one. The front desk receptionist was not friendly when we requested to change the room. She arranged two rooms at the far end which were very hot though there were still many vacant rooms. She said , “ Your online booking should be given this type as they are cheaper!” I can’t believe it!

Very convenient location. Right next to a local mall in which there are a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. I would come again.

Some new staffs are not so familiar with the check-in process and it takes more than 10 minutes for me to do the whole process
