I really loved this place. Very convenient location in the city center, 15 minutes walk to the metro and a bus stop nearby. Good air conditioning and water pressure in the shower, the view was terrible, but it was the cheapest room. Very helpful girls on reception and nice maids. My place was quite old and there was dirt on the wall, not because room was poorly cleaned (maids are cool!😘) , but because it looks like the previous guest kicked the wall 😬.The only thing that bothers is the smell of cigarettes. Many guests smoke in the hallway and it's annoying because the smell gets into the room 😢

The hotel is very clean. The location is great, there are many places to eat on the street and very close to the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly and they are always ready to help guests. The service is very good. The facilities are always working, with hot water and air conditioning.

The environment is very bad. The front desk clerk has poor service and looks unwilling to work. The sheets and quilts have mites and are very itchy. The toilet environment is also poor. The towels have been used but not disinfected and replaced. There is no shower gel. There is renovation work going on upstairs when I sleep. The drill is very loud. Bad review. Super bad review.
