The rooms are poorly ventilated so as the whole hotel. As you step out of your room you feel a wave of hot air which is also very common in the rooms as they are stiff.
I am asthmatic and it was difficult to breath in the rooms. Housekeeping does not do a thorough job on the carpets and I could tell the carpets had not been hovered for some time.
There was no toilet sanitizer paper the next day so as toilet paper. The windows should at least open a little. The reception employees do not greet but rudely ask if I want anything . I asked for assistance in booking a Taxi and the taxi was given a wrong address which was not the hotel. And made me late for my next meeting. Other than that the rest was ok and the hotel is beautiful but needs to upgrade on service and standards
