入住體驗很差！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！房間衞生很臟，和沒打掃一樣，還有異響，樓梯和桌子下面有很多灰，牆面有好多洞，屋裡有一股異味，並且床單臟臟的，沒見過這麼差的酒店，差評！！！！
整個房間佈局特別奇怪。。床頭對樓梯 不知道怎麼想的 廁所設定扁扁的洗手枱裝在外邊正對樓梯口上來 半邊衣櫃更是臟得。。。。窗户拿半簾遮擋 正對床頭 網線盒子都亂開着 沙發也臟。。。。
真是無語😅 跑路了 不會再來。。。。

我要吐槽這家店，真的很無語，客服服務態度差，也不專業。第一:我提前一天聯繫酒店，他們説到了直接聯繫就行，我沒説上午不能辦入住，第二天到了後，跟我説我們住在哪棟，然後又説還不能辦入住，衹能去前台等，好嘛去前台等然後他們那個客服地址還説錯了，找了一會才找到，真的一點都不專業！！！我們在他們前台待了兩個小時休息，期間也沒有給我們辦入住，然後我們出去玩了後，他們客服問什麼時候辦入住之類的，讓我們把行李放到房間，我們説讓他幫我們直接把東西放房間就行，晚點或者第二天辦入住，期間就説了一堆，那我請問我們在你們前台待了兩個小時不給辦入住？好不容易辦完入住交完按金，讓他們幫我把行李放房間，説是在忙。。結果我們晚上十二點過過去的時候看他們幾個客服在嘻嘻哈哈聊天，也不見很忙，就是不幫忙放行李！第二:莫名其妙把房間密碼改了，我們入住兩天，然後第二天我朋友進不去房間了，客服説是續住超時了，真是無語了，也沒和我們説！第三:蚊子太多想要個蚊香，一開始説沒有不提供，後面説找領導申請🥲呵呵🙂！第四:退按金也不及時，説是當天19點退，然後第二天説財務忘記了。。。。所以避坑這家店！從來沒遇到過這種店。。。

房間壞境一般，房間空間小，樓上兩個床隔兩個房間，門也沒有，空調效果差另一個房間很熱不好睡，這些衹住一個晚上也無所謂，最不能忍的就是客服的服務態度，早幾天前就定好了房間，剛入住就説要按金，事先沒講清楚就打了總部客服電話詢問一下情況，態度惡劣還説可以退房，早幹嘛去了，都住進去了不是噁心人嗎？差評😔

設施：損壞處多，馬桶沖水按鈕壞的，桌子折條腿，電視衹是電視，看不了節目擺它簡直是多餘，床是兩個拼的，中間的拼接很明顯而且很硬，非常不舒服
衞生：櫃子冰箱上塵土厚，下水道異味超級嚴重，並且飛蟲蛾蚋也不少。
環境：小區環境一般，第一次來的具體樓門不是很好找，除了打車和喜歡步行的其他交通出行很不方便，而且小區距離高鐵鐵軌很近，噪音很明顯，隔音也不好。
服務：不會主動詢問是否需要打擾房間和補給用品及飲用水，讓送幾瓶水的答覆是忘記了……可以説根本沒有服務，哪裡符合600多一天的檔次，這種檔次200多一天合適，不是有長者隨同出遊臨時解決，絕對不會做大冤種，這個位置的真的不建議大家選擇。慎重吧～
