In September 2024 I stayed at the hotel as part of a cycling trip with Velo Quebec Voyages. My bike was stolen from a secure room in the hotel. I assume that the thief may have been a hotel employee The hotel took no responsibility for the theft. I wouldn't trust this hotel or its employees and advise extreme caution if staying at this property.

I have to say the personnel made all the difference! All smiles, kind, attentive, caring, super super fast - amazing!!! You can really feel amazing management over here and great people being on board! The style is exceptional as well! My dad wanted to stay in Turin and was surprised when we picked this hotel a bit further but even he admitted it was totally worth the drive! Also amazing service when it came to parking - even though the hotel does not have one, they did give a perfect recommendation just around the corner - was super easy to follow and park!

Absolutely above all expectations. In every sense, if you book your room in this magnificent historical jewel you will be mesmerized. I went there with my wife for her birthday and I could not have chosen better. Thumbs up guys, keep it up and thanx for a magnificent stay. Oliver and Monica

Beautiful hotel in the city center of Fossano. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The restaurant is amazing. The quality and taste are worth more than 4 stars! Our junior suite was spacious with a view on the court - we loved everything about the hotel and we will come back for sure. They provide high quality for a good price!

We have stayed n this marvelous place several times before. Every time when we leave we start to plan next trip and stay in this fantastic hotel. Everything is top notch from the hotel and atmosphere to food and service in the restaurant.

The hotel is located right in the old town, a perfect location to explore the surroundings. Our room was at the top floor, just under the roof with views of the church steeple. Breakfast was well appointed and the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Palazzo Righini per trascorrere con amici il capodanno. Abbiamo trascorso il pomeriggio in spa (privata per noi 4) che è composta da una vasca idromassaggio,bagno turco e sauna e la sera c’è stato il cenone in una sala molto accogliente ,il cibo è stato ottimo e il personale molto gentile. La sera è stata allietata da un finale brindisi nella sala congressi con musica. La colazione anche sublime con torte fatte in casa e prodotti di vera qualità. Infine un ringraziamento alla piccola Vittoria,la mascotte di Palazzo Righini🥰e a tutto lo staff per la loro gentilezza e professionalità.
