Great location, near to all amenities. Costco, and shops around in few minutes walk.

Old hotel but comfortable to sleep and have biz meetings in the area

Hotel is undergoing major refurbishment (which is desperately needed!!!!). No prior warning at the time of booking to say work was being carried out. Signs state work being done between 8am and 2pm however there were lorry’s outside at 4am collecting and replacing skips being used for the construction making huge amounts of noise. The windows are paper thin and you can therefore hear all of the road noise from the various highways. Possibly the worst nights sleep I’ve had in any hotel. Was moved to a new room where the curtains were broken and didn’t shut properly. The air con units are ancient and make a huge amount of noise so don’t think you’ll have these on in the night. Breakfast is pretty poor, either Al a carte or buffet.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite at the Crowne Plaza Foster City as part of a wedding weekend, with multiple rooms booked for our guests. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways. The suite had only one robe—which seems like an oversight for a room intended for two—and there were no basic amenities like napkins. We requested a second robe, but it was never brought. The next morning, loud construction began before 8am, making it hard to get any rest. The night before the wedding, during the reception, a security guard screamed at my fiancé on the dance floor—yelling “No drinks on the dance floor!” in front of everyone. It was abrupt, unnecessarily aggressive, and really dampened the mood. We ended up leaving early because of it. Afterward, we reached out to the hotel to share our concerns and never got a response—no apology, no acknowledgment. For a hotel that markets itself as an event space, the lack of hospitality and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend for weddings or group stays.
