Great location - near the airport. Located within the business park and short drive to stores and eateries. Will come back again!

Basically satisfied. The hotel is undergoing renovation and there is no swimming pool. I stayed for two nights and no one cleaned it. The front desk was very welcoming and greeted me when I came in and out. There is a microwave next to the front desk. Downstairs of the hotel is a Hunan restaurant, Starbucks, and an Internet celebrity cookie shop. It is very close to the lake, CVS, IHOP, and McDonald's within walking distance. The Japanese food next to CVS is good and the price/performance ratio is very high.

Townsplace has always been our company's first choice for business trips to the United States. This time I brought my family to the United States for a trip. The performance level is as good as ever. However, the price seems to have increased a lot after the epidemic! The breakfast is really lackluster and the facilities are not. Everything is available, the staff are very friendly and friendly

The environment is actually quite quiet, and the side near the highway may be noisy. 10 minutes walk to costco or the other side of the safeway. The most amazing thing about hotels/motels is that there is no breakfast room. The so-called breakfast is in the room of the retail machine next to the front desk, standing drinking coffee and eating a few poor small cakes, super speechless. The refrigerator in the room is super large, but how does the ice cube inside have a nucleic acid taste?

The first choice for families to vacation in San Mateo on weekends. The breakfast is rich and different every day. The room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and the environment is comfortable. I have two regrets. The gym is a bit small but well ventilated, and there is no hot pool.

BEWARE HOTEL WILL OVER BOOK CAUSING YOU TO NOT GET THE ROOM YOU PAID FOR. They gave our double queen bed to someone else and only offered a king with a pull out as compensation Not ideal at all for the price you pay as the fold old is extremely uncomfortable and ruined the trip.

The room is very suitable for families with more than 4 people, but housekeeping is not well done, and you need to make an appointment the day before. I feel that there is not enough staff, so I need to go to the front desk to get it directly as soon as possible.
