Hot spring Hotels in Foz do Iguacu

Hotel perfectly located close to the airport and the entrance to the park. Friendly staff who did everything to make your stay go well. Too bad most of the rooms don't have nice views. But the park and the swimming pool are at the top. I recommend this hotel

Wonderful hotel with the unique experience of staying with the Parque Nacional de Iguaçu. The building itself is also a piece of history and the facilities are top notch. The staff is very attentive, informative, and friendly with the exception of the registration/check-in desk. Most of the employees at the front the desk acted as if they were being bothered to perform their job which was such a stark contrast from the rest of the hotel staff. We are a younger couple that had been traveling for a week prior to arriving to the Belmond and we saw the difference in the treatment one such employee (Martins) gave to us, as compared to other customers who may be older or appear wealthier. In fact, we enjoyed the hotel very much regardless and wanted to extend our stay but we were met by ambivalence by Martins and Samuel at the front desk and instead of extending for three more days chose to save the money to stay another property next week.

The hotel is very nice with a great swimming pool, bar and restaurant. The rooms are very big and clean too

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with access to the city and having the mall in front of the hotel also super useful. The pool is a good size and decor tasteful. The fitness room could be better equipped, but still workable. Staff attentive and breakfast ample and varied. I recommend it.

The hotel has a structure of houses, which are far from the reception, restaurant and main pool. As a result, cars are available to take guests to and from them, but this service is inefficient. We often waited more than 15 minutes, on the sidewalk far from the room, in the hot sun, with a 2-year-old child, and twice we were forgotten. The hotel's restaurant is good, but it doesn't accommodate the maximum capacity of accommodation, so, depending on the capacity, it is impossible to sit down during peak hours, which is incompatible with a 4-star hotel, it looks like a big mess.

I really liked the hotel, my stay was just a few days and very satisfactory, the room was clean and organized, the bathroom was also very good. Service was excellent, I asked for tips on tours because it was my first time going, the receptionist was very helpful, gave good tips and even made a map. I really liked the breakfast, excellent variety of things to eat. My son loved the pool and so did I. I have no complaints about anything. Very pleasant and I recommend it.

Fantastic resort for families. The hotel service was amazing and offered tons of activities for kids and adults alike. Location was perfect.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and serviceable. The hotel's restaurant offers free buffet breakfast and a menu at the letter for lunch and dinner.
