Julia Benites was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, always checking in and offering support. Her warmth and professionalism made a big difference, and I truly appreciated her care. We also loved My Mabu, and the hotel was great—everything was comfortable and well-organized, making our stay even more enjoyable.

O mabu é um local para descanso que já foi muito melhor no passado, ainda está se adaptando a sua nova estrutura, e esta adaptação vem piorando em alguns aspectos, mas por sorte tem funcionários que auxiliam para a experiência com o my mabu não ser um desastre, como o Octávio Calegario (que salvou minha entrada ao bluepark) e o tio barnabé que ajudou para que minha pescaria fosse boa. E a equipe de limpeza está de parabéns, melhorou muito, pois sempre foi minha reclamação e hoje foi um ponto positivo na hospedagem.
