Excelente Hotel. Muito limpo. Quartos impecáveis, confortáveis e silenciosos. Pessoal administrativo muito prestativo, rápido e de uma simpatia inacreditável. Excelente ambiênte. Café da manhã impecável. Restaurante muito bom, também com atendimento excelente. Ambiente das piscinas muito confortável Localização igualmente muito boa: próxima a inúmeros restaurante, comércio, táxi, embarque para escursões, linhas de ônibus para a Argentina e Paraguai. Minha nota é: 10.

This hotel has a good location and a friendly staff. But it is dilapidated and need of a remodel badly. The rooms are old and the furniture is breaking down. The windows allow mosquitoes to come in the room from the outside. I killed at least twenty with my own hands. I literally sprayed the room and myself with mosquito repellant before I went to sleep. The worst is that I ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel and immediately got Traveler's Diarrhea. After 7 days I flew home and was treated with antibiotics. I'm still recovering and needless to say it ruined my very expensive vacation. I don't know whether there is a health department or a similar institution there but the hotel should be shut down and all systems need to be revamped before anyone else gets sick!

A no fuss hotel with good amenities, and great location. The guestroom was spotless, the bed comfort good, and service from the staff outstanding. Within close walking distance to several food venues. A soft spot to spend a couple of hours watching the local trade was a great bar 2 minutes up the road, 'Tropical Cachare'. Alex the waiter right on the ball. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Clean and quiet room. Great buffet breakfast. Good value for money. In central location, lots of places to eat nearby. Nothing more to say, but one of the best in town for the money, good friendly staff too. Oh and the gift shop sells weird but wonderful gourmet chocolate, including bacon flavour

Really lovely and comfortable room and great spaces to relax and unwind. There is a large pool area, with a jacuzzi and games tables. For an additional cost, guests could use massage chairs or play table football or air hockey etc. The location was perfect for the bus terminal (literally across the road!) and this terminal also serves as a small area for food if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. However, the breakfast in the hotel is amazing and the staff were helpful in understanding dietary needs. We had one evening meal in-house, too. Staff on-site helped us book tours with English-speaking guides.

Location is the center is optimal for my needs, there’s a good selection of restaurants and bars around the hotel, some of them with live music until late (for people having a problem with that ask a room on the rear part of the hotel). There is also a supermarket (“Italo”) 5 minutes away, the gasoline station behind the hotel has a small laundromat if you need, and there is plenty of bus connections around the corner on Avenida Schimmelpfeng in front of Mc Donald’s where you can also catch direct buses to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay (25＞40 minutes depending on traffic). Rooms are standard Ibis rooms with all usual Ibis basic amenities, Wi-Fi signal and speed is ok throughout the property. Between the reception and the bar there is also a small tour desk that helps you organize your visit to the Cataratas , to shopping in Ciudad del Este and to other local attractions. All the staff is very nice and helpful, I would specially thank Ms. Gabriela for her kindness!

Good location and service... Before, a few drinks were served in the late afternoon, after the pandemic, there are no more, I believe that the customer should have the option to pay a symbolic value to have these drinks again in the late afternoon.

2 nights at this hotel. The reception staff was very welcoming, especially Renato who was very smiley and attentive. The rooms are spacious, with large and comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and the hotel is kept very clean, including breakfast hall, outdoor pool and indoor pool areas. Breakfast food is average and could be better.
