We came last year had a nice experience and we came back but the prices had doubled. We asked for explanation and I was told that it is the market law and due to the high demand. I said that the price more 350€ for a couple par night wasn't justified and they said some people pay up to a 1000€. Really unfriendly. Honestly it's a small 3 stars

The great Service of highly capable and friendly staff made our stay great! There was not enough snow to ski in front of the hotel. They drove us everyday several times from and to the slope nextdoor. The special kids meals, bottles of milk and entertainment for the kids was great.

Struttura sopra la media, location meravigliosa e ideale per famiglie con figli. Personale molto cortese e disponibile con grande attenzione anche ai più piccoli dettagli per esempio abbiamo trovato in stanza lo scalda biberon e la vaschetta per nostro figlio. Ringrazio in speciale modo Angelo della reception per la cortesia. Ristorante eccellente grazie all'incredibile varietà di piatti a buffet con menù tipico della tradizione piemontese. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel situato in un bel contesto, con ristorante, spa, parcheggio, terrazza e una grande area coperta dedicata ai bimbi, che si sono divertiti moltissimo grazie alla simpatia degli animatori, soprattutto di Simone e Medea. Bravi! Personale cortese e accogliente, sia alla reception che al bar e ristorante. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, anche se l'acustica delle stanze non è il massimo.

Stage di Karate, qualità , accoglienza, comodità. Buona idea il buffet anche se preferisco il servizio al tavolo. Vista molto bella e natura accogliente. Ottimo servizio e serate organizzate x i bimbi. Cantante piano bar molto brava. Super massaggio.

Siamo stati in questo albergo con la mia famiglia per un fine settimana a marzo 2025... struttura molto bella!! staff cortese e gentilissimo. Molto attenti ai bambini. Cibo ottimo!! Posizione strategica per raggiungere località sciistiche nei dintorni! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!!!

Un albergo che è un buonissimo compromesso tra una struttura per famiglie con bambini ed un elegante hotel di montagna. La prima cosa che ho notato è la pulizia impeccabile, insieme alla cortesia e disponibilità del personale. L’hotel offre vari servizi per i bambini come attività ricreative, un’area del ristorante dove i bambini possono mangiare tra di loro su dei piccoli tavoli, una zona con microonde e omogenizzati ecc. Il ristorante, come le camere (compreso il bagno), sono stati ammodernati e ho visto una buona attenzione ai particolari a livello estetico (senza grandi pretese ma di buon gusto). Il cibo è mediamente buono: presentato bene, anche se i piatti sono un po’ ripetitivi. Il buffet della colazione è un po’ scarso, ma c’è un po’ di tutto. La posizione è buona poiché vicina alla pista da sci (so che c’è una navetta che porta là), anche se aldilà della pista non c’è molto altro da poter fare in zona. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità del servizio offerto. Per noi è stata un’esperienza carina e ci ha fatto piacere vedere le piccole ma grandi attenzione che il personale ha riservato alla nostra bambina.

Camera molto spartana con pareti di carta velina: prima gita scolastica di due linee poi gruppi di famiglie che si credevano a casa loro… se uno spera di staccare un weekend per rilassarsi non è il posto ideale! Ristorante ni, l’arrosto la prima sera era talmente pepato che risultava al limite del commestibile, il resto nella media. Spa:ti dicono che il percorso dura due ore: 2 saune e un bagno turco; prenotati due massaggi di cui uno non segnato per cui saltato. Un’unica massaggiatrice che si destreggia in tutto ciò. Le piste non sono distanti ma serve comunque l’auto. Non lo consiglierei ….
