It was one of the best places we stayed during our trip, great location, we liked the parking access with app, also for the elevator and rooms. very clean, well equipped, well maintained. The only downside was the sleeping quality, for us, it was really HARD, so we didn't sleep very well...

I booked two rooms on booking at a very convenient price with 40 days. in advance. They charged my credit card 5 days before arrival. On the day of arrival, they denied me check in, telling me that there had been an error in publishing the price on the site and therefore they could not accommodate me. They left me without a room even though it was their mistake and they didn't want to take responsibility for it. I would add that they offered me a price that they said was discounted compared to the rate but, checking in real time on booking, the price offered to me was well above what the rooms advertised. I would say double mockery... therefore I didn't accept. They may have the best hotel possible but the service is also seen in the way they resolve the problems they themselves cause to the customer.

We reserved a junior suite for two nights and I must admit that it was truly beautiful. All brand new, spacious, clean, equipped with all comforts. Truly the top and with an incredible value for money. Management of gate doors. Everything through secret codes makes you feel independent and a bit like at home. Very kind staff. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with high quality products. Don't worry about the trains passing nearby because the soundproofing is perfect. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful shower. It's worth traveling a few kilometers.

L'hotel è bellissimo, confortevole, estremamente funzionale. Camere ampie, luminose, pulite e dotate di ogni confort. La colazione ottima e abbondante e il personale cortese e disponibile. La posizione è strategica vista anche la vicinanza del mare mentre l'ampio giardino attrezzato consente di concedersi pause di relax all'ombra di grandi alberi. Insomma, un'esperienza che consiglio vivamente.

Rispetto allo scorso anno dove offrivano tarallucci offerti gratis all’accesso, quest’anno ho trovato una mezza bottiglia di acqua liscia in frigo e mi è stato detto di andare a fare la spesa. Perché uno 1200 euro per 8 notti, per farsi la spesa da sola. Pulizia indecente, non svuotano neanche i posaceneri…. Durante il giorno nessuna assistenza. Perfino i bicchieri ti devi lavare da sola… non è vacanza e vantano 4 stelle… ma si vergognassero
