It was good but there is need for improvement in customer service especially the restaurant. Proximity to coty centre makes it an all rounder place to be. Rooms are good and toilets have very good ventilation system.

It is an excellent place. Renovations were ongoing but that did not compromise hotel experience. My stay was a blissful one.
