On paper it looked ideal for us as the hotel was on our way back from Poland to France. We had a paid reservation, I informed about a late check-in several times, without being able to call. When we arrive at 10:20 pm, the hotel was closed. The phone was ringing inside the hotel without anyone to answer. We had to find another hotel and I was told it was my responsibility when I asked for a reimbursment. How come can you operate in such an industry while you that badly service your clients?? My advice: don't go there.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ursprünglich war ich als Langzeitgast für drei Monate geplant, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen im Klinikum FFO nebenan tätig war. Doch schon nach einem Monat habe ich meinen Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet. Die Zimmer sind altmodisch, der Teppich nicht sauber, und der Zimmerservice erfolgt nicht täglich. Die Mitarbeiter sind teils unfreundlichen allen voran der Küchenchef Udo auf, der nicht nur ungepflegt wirkt, sondern auch in seiner Art völlig unprofessionell ist. Ich hatte eine höfliche Anfrage bezüglich meines Koffers gestellt, ohne eine Erwartung zu haben. Darauf reagierte der sogenannte Küchenchef Udo jedoch völlig unangemessen und beleidigend, indem er sich an die Stirn fasste und mir den „Vogel“ zeigte. Er unterbrach mich ständig, ließ mich nicht ausreden und verhielt sich laut und respektlos, als wäre meine Frage eine Zumutung. Im weiteren Verlauf verteidigte sogar der Seniorchef des Hotels dieses Verhalten und meinte, der Küchenchef sei „der Netteste hier“, und ich sei „auch nur Gast“. Ein solches Verhalten und diese Haltung gegenüber Gästen lassen jegliches Verständnis ein guten Gastgebers vermissen. Wer einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und schöne, saubere Zimmer erwartet, sollte dieses Hotel absolut meiden.

Ich bin mit dem Fahrrad auf dem Oder-/Neißeradweg angereist, nachdem ich telefonisch die Verfügbarkeite eines Zimmers angefragt hatte. Zum Hotel kann ich wenig sagen, die Außenanlage mit Kaninchengehege macht einen guten Eindruck. Der Empfangsbereich ist wie ein Automobilmuseum gestaltet. Insegesamt vermittelt das Hotel einen noblen Eindruck. Das Personal beschwerte sich bei mir über die Leitung. Es ging darum, wie ich mein ebike laden kann. Da es dafür keine Regeln gab entschied das Personal dafür zwei Euro zu verlangen. Als ich um Klärung mit der Leitung bad wurde die Situation für mich als Gast weiter unangenehm und ich verließ das Hotel. Ich bitte die Leitung klare Regeln aufzustellen und das Personal ensprechend zu qualifizieren, insbesondere im Umgang mit Gästen.
