There were BEDBUGS in the rooms. The hotel did not want to give us our money back and ignored our calls and E-Mails. This ruined our whole trip and we had to look for a new room in the middle of the night. Please don't book this hotel. The custumer service was really bad. The room was very dirty.

The hotel charged us in full upon arrival, despite the fact that we had already paid using a reward night. They admitted the mistake and promised to refund the money, but after six weeks, we still haven’t received it despite repeated promises and reminders. Additionally, there was loud partying until after 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the reception, which was supposed to be staffed 24/7, but no one answered. The hotel has completely ignored our complaint regarding the party.

This is a great location for a hotel. Room could be a bit tidier. According to some reviews, they've noticed bedbugs. I personally haven't but beware. Breakfast was very bad tasting, starting from coffee, to a tomato which tasted stale. Internet connection is good. Guy working there was walking all around but didn not refill anything thay was eaten. Average.

We got that hotel last minute and we have still managed to check in before midnight. Great! English language was not the strongest point there but we have managed to communicate and even managed to order some pizza (don't do it, it is really not worth it). Also the room set up is really quirky but overall the hotel has some charm and the breakfast was good. Quirky place but decent

I was only there for the night so I didn't explore the surroundings but it looked like there was plenty to do accoeding to the folder in the room. View from the room was great. The room was very nice as well, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and parking in front. Good value!

The suite is highly recommended, very large room with nice bathroom. The hotel has some overdue minor maintenance and the curtains in the hotel room need to be replaced. The beds are fine, and as always we find the pillows too thin (but that remains personal). Nevertheless, it is recommended at 10 km from Frankfurt center. Staff are friendly and service is good. Can be done on foot, and the metro is half an hour's walk away. Plenty of restaurants in the area, but you can also enjoy delicious food in the hotel (which we did).

Das Hotel ist uns als irgendwie seltsam zwiespältig in Erinnerung geblieben. Die öffentlichen Bereiche (Lobby, Restaurant/Frühstücksraum, Lounge) sind wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Der Frühstücksraum und die Terasse bestechen (wie der Hotelname es vermuten lässt) mit einer wirklich schönen Aussicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit frischen hochwertigen Zutaten und allem, was man braucht. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nun zum negativen Teil - das Zimmer: Die Einrichtung war eine wilde Mischung aus allen möglichen "Stilen" und Arten von Möbeln. Es sollte wohl auf stylische Weise Vintage sein, hat aber alt, abgewohnt und planlos gewirkt. Wir haben uns hier sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Matrazen waren eine Katastrophe - völlig durchgelegen oder von Anfang schlechte Qualität. Das Bad war sehr klein, mit einem ebenfalls wilden Stilmix, aber sauber. Das Personal am Empfang war nur mäßig freundlich, beim Frühstück allerdings sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
