They cancelled my booking just two weeks before we were scheduled to enter with no explanation nor help to find any alternative. I had booked months in advance to ensure a place to stay for a trade show. Very unprofessional. In the end I had to pay over 50% more to stay somewhere else. It appears that we are not alone in this and this practice is probably illegal. We will be contacting the authorities to report this.
