Terrible front desk service, refused to check me in, ignored me. The most outrageous thing is that the bed in the room is not made up, and I slept in the bed that I slept in by someone else. I checked out the next day but they didn't give me a refund either.

This is the 3rd time i stay here, 2 times at galluswarte and 1 time at salzburg. I also have recommended this place to everyone I know especially students. In the future, I will come back again in the future

I visit Frankfurt for Visit Heimtextil Fair. It is really a good accommodation easy to get public transport, neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Must Visit Again.
